Booking rooms

Rooms are always paid for at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

 

You can cancel with a full refund until 3 pm the day before arrival.

 

In case of later cencellation or no-show, there is no refund and you will be charged full payment for the first 24 hours.

Booking rooms for groups

If you are a group booking four rooms or more, you will be charged 50% of the room price as a reservation fee instead. The reservation fee will of course be deducted from the final payment upon departure.

 

A group reservation can be cancelled with a full refund up to two weeks before arrival. If cancelled later, full payment for all reserved rooms will be due.

 

Other

We reserve the right to change prices, and we make reservations for new/changed taxes/duties/raw material prices as well as printing errors in any advertisements/postings, etc.

Payment is made in Danish kroner, and all prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
