The menu is composed in advance and varies with the season.
We serve Greek yogurt with homemade compote, granola and berries, scrambled eggs with bacon, local cold cuts specialties, three types of cheese, fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and a sweet ending.

We take allergies and special considerations into account with prior notice.

We only serve breakfast. The hotel's central location in the middle of Sønderborg means that you are surrounded by all kinds of dining options very close by. We are happy to help you find good places to eat.
