We serve a fresh, homemade breakfast

Some days, we serve breakfast as a cosy buffet, while on other days we arrange it on individual breakfast boards at your table.

The selection varies slightly depending on the season and the number of guests, but what remains the same is the care we put into choosing good-quality ingredients and adding homemade touches.

You can look forward to, among other things, Greek yoghurt with homemade compote and jam, berries, eggs, homemade rolls, rye bread, local cold cuts from Als Pølser, cheeses, fresh fruit, butter, a little sweet treat, juice from Ryesminde, as well as coffee and tea.

We are, of course, happy to accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements when notified in advance.

We serve breakfast only. Thanks to the hotel's central location in the heart of Sønderborg, you will find plenty of places to eat almost right outside our door. We are always happy to help you find a good place to eat.
